This collaboration brings together the elegance of Sisley’s Black Rose Collection and the culinary artistry of The Rose Veranda’s team to offer guests an extraordinary afternoon tea experience.
Sisley’s Black Rose Collection is famed for its luxurious textures, delicate scents, and powerful smoothing and plumping ingredients that are all infused with rare Black Baccara Rose extract to restore life and vitality to dull and lacklustre complexions. Drawing inspiration from these exquisite qualities, The Rose Veranda culinary team has meticulously crafted a purple-themed afternoon tea that promises to be a feast for the senses, which will be available for dine-in from 2 August to 1 September 2024.

A special highlight at the Dessert Bar- in partnership with Sisley and inspired by their elegance, our pastry chef has curated four exquisite pastries: Rose Swirl Mousse with Gold Dust, Tropicana Yogurt Quenelle, and Egyptian Flower. Additionally, indulge in Rosella Panna Cotta with Lychee Konnyaku and Banana Caramelised Chocolate Moelleux Tart.

Inspired by this collaboration, our bartender has crafted an exclusive cocktail: Le Rosé.
